Commissioner Visits BISE Sahiwal; Directs Enhancement of One-Window Operation

SAHIWAL (Bureau Report) – Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Dr. Asif Tufail, conducted an extensive visit to the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal office today. During the visit, he inspected the One-Window Operation Cell, the Control Room, and various administrative departments.

He was accompanied by Board Secretary Ghulam Hussain Bhatti, Controller of Examinations Dr. Rana Naveed Azmat, and other senior officials.

Key Initiatives for Student Facilitation

Dr. Asif Tufail emphasized the urgent resolution of student grievances and issued the following directives to the board administration:

  • Optimizing One-Window Operation: The system must be made more efficient to ensure students can access all services under one roof, eliminating the need for repeated visits.

  • Clear Signage for Guidance: Prominent signboards detailing fee structures and administrative procedures should be installed to assist visitors coming from remote areas.

  • Infrastructure Improvements: The Commissioner ordered the immediate construction of a shade in the parking area to provide comfort to visitors waiting outdoors.

Enhancing Performance and Transparency

While reviewing the Board’s Control Room, the Commissioner stressed the need for rigorous monitoring and technological upgrades. Addressing the board employees, he stated:

“Public service must be our top priority. Carry out your duties with absolute integrity and sincerity. Every visitor to this board deserves respect and clear guidance.”

At the conclusion of the visit, board officials briefed the Commissioner on the current administrative framework and the measures being taken to ensure transparency in the examination process.
