Child Protection Bureau Rescues 8 Neglected Children in Sahiwal Operation

SAHIWAL (January 1, 2026) – Following the special directives of Sarah Ahmad, Chairperson of the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau (CPWB), a successful rescue operation was conducted in Sahiwal. The initiative resulted in eight neglected children being taken into protective custody.
The children, who were found facing extreme neglect and unsafe conditions, were rescued from various locations, including Pakpattan Bypass, Kot Khadim Ali Shah, and G.T. Road. They have been shifted to the Child Protection Bureau Center for immediate care and safety.
