Chichawatni: In a deeply disturbing incident reported from a suburban village of Chichawatni, a mother has allegedly killed her own 2.5-month-old daughter, police sources said.

According to initial reports, the tragic घटना occurred in village 81/12-L, where the infant, identified as Hareem Mudassar, was found dead under suspicious circumstances. The baby’s father has accused his wife of committing the act, claiming she strangled the child.
The father alleged that the accused took this extreme step as a result of ongoing domestic disputes between the couple. He stated that the child was killed in an apparent act of revenge following repeated arguments at home.
