CHICHAWATNI — A violent dispute over a land plot escalated into a deadly shootout between two groups of the Dogar community within the jurisdiction of Kasowal Police Station. The clash resulted in the death of a young man, prompting a swift and massive response from the Sahiwal Police.

According to police sources, the conflict originated from a long-standing dispute over a residential/commercial plot (ahata). Tensions boiled over, leading both parties to open fire on each other.
