Chichawatni (SahiwalNews.com) — Shahkot Police, Chichawatni, have successfully recovered an abducted 9th-grade student by taking timely and effective action.
According to police officials, the student was recovered safely and remains in good health. After completing the required legal formalities, she was handed over to her parents. The local community has appreciated the prompt response and professional handling of the case by the police.
It is worth mentioning that the incident took place near Adda 90 Morr on the outskirts of Chichawatni, where the 9th-grade student, identified by the initial (H), was allegedly abducted at gunpoint. The accused — identified as Muneeb, Zeenat, and two unidentified accomplices — reportedly forced the student into a Carry Dabba vehicle and fled the scene.
Following the incident, Shahkot Police registered a case on the complaint of the victim’s family and launched an investigation, leading to the successful recovery of the student. Further legal proceedings against the accused are underway.
