Training workshop held at Police Line Sahiwal for Muharram
Police Line Sahiwal workshop was held under the supervision of DSP Headquarters Abid Hussain.
On the instructions of DPO Sahiwal Rana Tahir Rehman Khan, measures are actively underway to ensure foolproof security during the month of Muharram.
As part of these efforts, a one-day training workshop was organized at Police Line Sahiwal for volunteers assigned to security duties at Imam bargahs. The workshop was held under the supervision of DSP Headquarters Abid Hussain.
During the training session, expert officers from the Elite Police, Bomb Disposal Squad, Civil Defense, and Rescue 1122 provided professional training to the volunteers, including practical exercises.
On this occasion, DSP Headquarters Abid Hussain stated that maintaining law and order during Muharram is a top priority for Sahiwal Police, and volunteers play a highly important role in achieving this goal.
He appreciated the dedication and cooperation of the trained volunteers, stating that harmony between the police and the public is the foundation of lasting peace.
