National Highway and Motorway Police incident in Sahiwal
Motorway police needs refresher courses to adopt polite behavior with citizens.

In Sahiwal, near Sadiq Feeds Mill on Multan Road, a heated argument broke out between Motorway Police and a young man named Abrar over a traffic fine.
Abrar stated that he was requesting the officers not to issue a fine for not wearing a helmet, but his plea was ignored and the fine was issued.
Later, after paying the fine, Abrar recorded a video of the officer, which angered the sub-inspector. The officer allegedly snatched the young man’s mobile phone and threatened to take him to the police station.
Abrar’s mother, who was present at the scene, pleaded with the officers on behalf of her son. During the altercation, the woman was allegedly kicked, causing her to fall to the ground. She suffered a heart attack and died on the spot.
The deceased woman was from Chichawatni. The incident has caused grief and outrage among the public, and the affected family has appealed to senior authorities for justice.
