Sahiwal Weather: Deputy Commissioner visits the city during rainfall
The weather in Sahiwal has become pleasant after the rain; however, rainwater is still accumulated in most markets.
Sahiwal Weather: Deputy Commissioner Shahid Mehmood conducted a detailed visit to various areas of the city during the rainfall.
He visited Depalpur Bazaar, High Street, Jogi Chowk, Girls College Road, Furniture Bazaar, and other parts of the city.
Chief Officer of the Municipal Corporation Sheikh Ashfaq Ahmed and Dr. Riaz Ahmed accompanied him during the visit.
On this occasion, he directed the concerned staff to remain in the field until the complete drainage of rainwater is ensured.
Deputy Commissioner Shahid Mehmood emphasized that all dewatering sets and disposal stations must remain fully operational. The citizens do not face any inconvenience.
He also instructed the relevant authorities to address public complaints promptly.
