Riphah International University Sahiwal Campus begins Medical Camp

Riphah International University Sahiwal Campus has started two-day medical camp which will continue on July 25 and 26, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Specialist doctors from various fields examined students as well as residents of nearby communities and also provided them with free medicines.

Services of expert doctors have been arranged in key departments including Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Physiotherapy, and Nutrition.

On this occasion, Campus Director Muhammad Zeeshan and Deputy Director Muhammad Tariq Mehmood were also present. A notable feature of the camp is the availability of laboratory tests and ultrasound facilities to ensure better medical care for underprivileged patients.

Campus Director Muhammad Zeeshan stated that organizing the camp is part of Riphah University’s social responsibility, which not only serves the underprivileged in the area but also provides hands-on training for students studying in Nursing and Pharmacy departments.

Muhammad Tariq Mehmood highlighted that a key feature of the camp is the setup of stalls by various pharmaceutical companies, where patients are being given free supplements along with awareness about their benefits.
