ATC sentences Rai Hassan Nawaz and Murtaza Iqbal to 10 years in jail
An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Faisalabad on Thursday sentenced Rai Hassan Nawaz and Murtaza Iqbal 10 years of imprisonment for their involvement in the May 9 riots.
Rai Hassan Nawaz is PTI MNA from NA-143 Chichawatni, Sahiwal and Rai Murtaza Iqbal Khan is PTI MPA from PP-203 Chichawatni. PMLN Leaders in Chichawatni see this as an opportunity for by elections and have started meetings.
