SAHIWAL (Sahiwal Police Spokesperson): In line with the special directives of Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar, a general parade was held at the Police Lines in Sahiwal.
DSP Headquarters Riaz Ahmed conducted a detailed inspection of the parade and took the salute from the smartly turned-out contingents. Personnel from the district police, Elite Force, Traffic Police and Lady Police participated in the parade.
During the march-past, all contingents displayed excellent discipline, focus and professional skills in accordance with prescribed standards.
Praising the officers and personnel for their preparedness, enthusiasm and discipline, DSP Riaz Ahmed said that such exercises not only enhance the operational capabilities of the force but also strengthen coordination and discipline among different units.
At the conclusion of the event, he also inspected police mobile vans and motorcycles and issued necessary instructions regarding their proper maintenance.
