Objectives of the Open Court
The primary goal of this initiative is to bridge the gap between the government and the public.
Direct Interaction: Citizens will have the rare opportunity to present their complaints directly to the divisional heads without any intermediaries.
On-the-Spot Redressal: Heads of all relevant departments have been directed to remain present at the venue to ensure that public issues are resolved effectively and efficiently on the spot.
Accountability: The presence of both the Commissioner and the RPO ensures that both administrative and law enforcement grievances will be addressed simultaneously.

The District Administration has issued a special appeal to the residents of Chichawatni and surrounding areas to participate in the session. Citizens facing unresolved issues related to revenue, police, health, or other civic departments are encouraged to bring their applications and original documents to the Municipal Committee Hall at 11:00 AM.
