CHICHAWATNI – Following the directives of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, an “Open Court” (Khuli Kachehri) was organized at the Municipal Committee Hall, Chichawatni, to ensure the immediate and effective resolution of public issues. The session was led by Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Dr. Asif Tufail, and Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sahiwal, Ayaz Saleem.
On-the-Spot Redressal
Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail addressed the citizens, stating that the Punjab Government is committed to transparency and providing relief to citizens at their doorstep. He reviewed numerous applications regarding various provincial departments and issued immediate orders for their resolution. He warned that any negligence or delay in addressing public complaints would not be tolerated.
Commitment to Justice
RPO Sahiwal, Ayaz Saleem, focused on police-related complaints, directing immediate legal action where necessary. He emphasized that protecting the lives and property of the public and providing merit-based justice is the primary responsibility of the police department.
The event was also attended by Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq, DPO Muhammad Usman Tippu, and AC Chichawatni Javed Mumtaz Lakhwera.
