PTI MNA from NA-142 Sahiwal Ch Usman Ali Joins PMLN

PTI backed member of the National Assembly from NA-142 Sahiwal Ch Usman Ali has joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Ch Usman Ali called on Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif here on Monday. The Prime Minister congratulated Chaudhry Usman Ali on joining the Pakistan Muslim League-N and expressed his best wishes.
Member of the National Assembly Chaudhry Usman Ali expressed confidence in the government’s policies. He congratulated the Prime Minister on the approval of next year’s budget by the National Assembly.
During the meeting, they also discussed the matters pertaining to the constituency of the parliamentarian. Advisor to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah also attended the meeting.

Looking back at the political history of Sahiwal, there is no room for deviating candidates. Any member of the assembly who defected from his party, the people ended his politics.
Malik Nauman Langriyal was elected MPA of PTI in 2018 from the same area. After being disqualified for supporting the PDM, he was defeated in the 2022 by-election by a candidate Major Sarwar who was newcomer.
In February 2024 election, Noman Langrial tried his luck again from NA 143 Sahiwal and could get only 32 thousand votes compared to 147 thousand votes of PTI candidate Rai Hassan Nawaz.
If Chaudhry Usman Ali has followed the same path, he might not be able to go to his native place. From the ongoing discussion on social media, it seems that the PTI workers are eagerly waiting for him.
