Chief Executive Officer of Sahiwal Water and Sanitation Services Company, Iftikhar Ali, conducted a detailed visit to the city’s Imam Bargahs in connection with the upcoming month of Muharram.
He inspected cleanliness, drainage, lighting, and other basic facilities around various Imam Bargahs and issued immediate instructions to the officers present on-site.
CEO Iftikhar Ali stated that every possible facility will be provided to the visitors during Muharram, and all arrangements will be completed in a timely manner.
He directed the relevant staff to ensure special cleaning arrangements along the procession routes and around the Imam Bargahs. The staff will ensure the cleaning of manholes, and keep all drainage machinery in operational condition.
CEO Iftikhar Ali added that Sahiwal Water and Sanitation Services Company is committed to public service. It will leave no stone unturned in providing a clean and safe environment to citizens during Muharram.
