Six Injured, Including Women, in Horrific Triple-Vehicle Collision Near Chichawatni

CHICHAWATNI – A devastating road accident involving a car, a motorcycle, and a mini-truck (Mazda) near the 111-Mor stop on Kamalia Road has left six people seriously injured. Miraculously, two children involved in the crash remained unhurt.
Details of the Incident
According to eyewitnesses and local sources, the accident was triggered by the alleged negligence of a motorcyclist. A speeding car (registration BFK-068) and a mini-truck (registration LET-473) collided head-on while attempting to avoid a motorcycle that had suddenly swerved into their path.
The impact was so severe that the front section of the car was completely demolished, while the mini-truck sustained heavy damage. Debris from the vehicles was scattered across a wide radius of the highway, bringing traffic to a temporary standstill.
Victims and Medical Response
Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot immediately after receiving the alert and shifted the injured to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital. The identified victims include:

Anwar Hussain (Mini-truck driver)
Medical officials stated that the condition of the driver, Anwar Hussain, is critical. After receiving emergency first aid, he was referred to the DHQ Hospital Sahiwal for specialized treatment.
Police Investigation
The Saddar Police Station team arrived at the scene shortly after the collision. Authorities have taken the involved vehicles into custody and initiated a formal investigation into the crash.
Initial reports suggest that the motorcyclist’s attempt to take an abrupt, illegal turn was the primary cause of the pile-up. Police are further investigating the technical details to determine final liability.
