Government of Punjab, Pakistan has imposed section 144 across Punjab for 45 days due to heavy rainfall. Notification has been issued.
According to the details, the government has banned all forms of swimming in dams, rivers, canals, ponds, and lakes.
Bathing in rainwater collected in streets, roads, open areas, or public places is also prohibited. Boating in dams, rivers, canals, ponds, lakes, and distributaries without permission has been banned.
All restrictions under Section 144 will remain in effect until August 30.
